To find quality business partners/network marketers

Share it Please
Contrary to popular belief, network marketing is not for everybody and you should turn people away from your opportunity. If you are like most people who are struggling in this business, this idea seems absolutely crazy because you are probably having a hard time finding people in the first place.

You need to realize that some people will actually hurt your business and not help it. You need to evaluate each potential member to determine their motivations, strengths and weaknesses. This can help you build a stronger team and keep people out that are not ready for the challenges of network marketing..

Motivation:

When interviewing potential business partners/members, you want to find out what is motivating them to join your team. This is very important for people who are new to network marketing. When you find out their motivations, you can evaluate how serious they are about this business. This is the time to weed out people looking for a get-rich-quick scheme. You should avoid these people because they are lazy and looking for easy money. They will constantly complain; however, never put any time or effort into their business.

You also need to watch for people that are desperate to make money. Oftentimes, these people are seeking an easy solution to their financial problems and network marketing is not the business for that.

Money:

It takes money to make money in network marketing. You need to ask all your potential recruits how much money they are willing to spend on their business. There is advertising, travelling, web hosting and many other potential costs associated with joining any network marketing business. You need to determine how serious each recruit is about being successful.

If you come across someone who is not willing to spend any money on their business, then they are lazy and looking for easy money and will weigh your team down. However, if you come across somebody that is highly motivated but not able to so spend money on their business, then you may need to politely tell them to come back when they have available funds.

Time:

You need to determine the amount of time each potential recruit is willing to spend on their business. Your goal is to determine how serious each recruit is. You should avoid people who are not willing or able to spend any time on their business. These people are looking to make money with little effort and should be avoided at all costs. You want people who are willing to spend their time and energy on building their network marketing business.

When you ask the right questions, you will find the right recruits for your business. Do not be afraid to turn people away from your opportunity. Network marketing is not for everybody.
